I was able to negotiate the sales price down by $5,000 plus all closing costs to be paid by the seller, and I got their original interest rate matched by the new lender! These first time home buyers are so excited-this is what makes me love what I do!

Beautiful high-rise in the heart of Downtown Dallas at the Mosaic!
My client initially signed a lease here and after negotiation I was able to get her into a beautiful unit on the 30th floor, with amazing views of downtown, larger square footage, AND I got them to match the price as her original unit! That’s a win to me!!
