💥Leased in 14 Days💥

Last month I got a call from from a friend who said they had purchased an investment property and the realtor they were using was not able to get the property leased! It had been on the market for about 100 days!! If you own an investment property you know that a vacant property means you are losing money and we don’t want that.

2 days after talking to my friend I had her property on the market and leased in 2 weeks!! We had 10 showings, an open house and we had 3 applications! One of which was wanting to pay more than we were asking for!

The moral of the story, make sure when looking for a realtor you choose wisely. Picking a Realtor who is reliable, hard working and knowledgeable makes all the difference in helping you in your Real Estate goals.
