What is the real luxury in new construction?

Having someone on your side who understands the system, knows which doors to knock on, and refuses to let your vision get minimized.

You’ll hear a lot of “no,” “not possible,” and “that’s discontinued.”

But my job isn’t to take the first answer. It’s to dig, verify, and make sure my clients get what they actually want. It’s pressure applied in the right direction. And it’s knowing that the details you care about won’t be dismissed for convenience.
