“Our 6th Annual Buddy Walk helps keep A Place for Me open and FREE for families like mine.
This center has made an incredible difference in my daughter Tamia’s life. It gives her a place where she is welcomed, included, and celebrated—where she can build meaningful friendships and enjoy reading workshops, movement activities, craft days, and more. The center also gives our family valuable resources and support as we navigate raising a child with special needs.
This year’s theme, “Twenty One-derful!”, celebrates individuals with an extra 21st chromosome. Every registration, team, donation, sponsorship, volunteer, and share helps fund A Place for Me and other essential programs throughout Pierce County.
