So proud of our badass client, friend, and now owner of two properties 👏 Alayna bought her first home with us back in 2023 — much smaller budget, fewer options, but still a big vision. Fast forward less than three years, and she’s officially leveled up with her second purchase.

These are the smiles we kept on our faces at the conclusion of our last appointment. *Storytime*
We blocked off our mid afternoon today to check out a Multi family property in Ravenna with 9 small units for a buyer lead we received as they were “interested in an investment project” and would love to view it with his partners. After walking them around the property, answering what seemed like ChatGPT questions for about an hour, providing the rent roll, relaying financing strategy, etc. We realized that we were quite literally doing their project for them - their FINANCING CLASS PROJECT for a professor down the road. 🙂 Can’t imagine a better way to use our time on this gorgeous Friday, thanks UW 💜

Very very important message from our CEO, Gary Keller. Lots of chatter around lists circulating with political donors, this is referring specifically to support of “Project 2025”. Independent brokers within KW globally have made donations and wrongfully affiliate KW with their support. It’s imperative that anyone and everyone who’s seen this or will come across this, understands there are ZERO ties or precedented support to the new administration. I really hope that none of our clients/supporters were affected by this, I’m terribly sorry if you felt slighted or any alignment with us and hateful/racist/transphobic political leaders as a result of this. DEI remains as a vital initiative within our culture, differences are CELEBRATED, and I truly feel the commitment to this every day by those I look to for guidance and expertise in this industry. Thank you to my team for confronting this during our office meeting today and opening up this discussion. ❤️ Incredibly proud to be a REALTOR.
