- Portuguese isn’t like Spanish, your Spanish knowledge will not help you 😂
- Daylight savings time in Portugal is different from the US..don’t wait until 1am to find this out 😣
- This country has some of the coolest golf courses that you’ve never heard of
- Portuguese people are wildly hospitable…almost got into a fight with the bellhop when he insisted to keep carrying my bag
- the entire country is just a series of massive hills…pack good shoes
- book your next vacation to , place is unbelievable

Hey - I’m Brad 👋. If you’re new here: welcome, and if you know me already: welcome back.

I’m a DFW real estate agent with a CPA background. I’m also an active short-term rental investor and operator for a handful of vacation rental properties across the country.

I’m not some rigid robot Realtor, and I don’t believe in segmenting my real estate work from the rest of my life. Buying and selling homes is intimate work, and I want people to walk alongside me in the same ways I get to walk alongside them.

🇨🇦 It’s still hard to believe last week was real. and .g.brown wedding in Banff was the most incredible thing I’ve ever been part of, and the only fitting way I can imagine to celebrate one of my best friends and his gorgeous bride.

The cherries on top were getting to see Lake Moraine and Lake Louise in Banff, and then taking our boys to Vancouver to explore for a few days.

Time will tell, but I’m relatively confident I peaked last week. Thanks for the memories Canada 🇨🇦

SO proud of this closing. My clients got it for $110k below what it was originally under contract for a few months ago.

This deal was a testament to patience and persistence. After terminating another contract that was deep into the transaction, we quickly jumped on this house and got an amazing deal. Shoutout to my clients for their patience, and for staying light-hearted during a process that had lots of twists and turns.
