🥭 1 mango, diced
🍅 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
🌿 Handful of cilantro
🌶️ 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🧂 Pinch of salt

Mix, let it sit for 10 minutes, and try not to eat it all before the chips hit the table. Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🎉
