Let’s face it, habits shape our lives more than we realize. The good ones push us forward, and the bad ones?
They keep us stuck.
If you’re ready to level up, here’s the formula I’ve followed (and it works 💯):
✅ Start small. Don’t try to change your entire life overnight. Want to read more? Start with 5 minutes a day. Want to eat healthier? Swap one snack.
✅ Make it obvious. Put your book on your pillow. Lay your gym clothes out. Leave reminders where you’ll see them.
✅ Reward yourself. Celebrate the small wins! Progress = motivation. Don’t wait for big milestones to pat yourself on the back.
❌ To break a bad habit:
Make it invisible. Remove the temptation. If it’s junk food, don’t buy it. If it’s social media, turn off the notifications.
Replace it. You don’t just "stop" a habit—you replace it. Stress eating? Try a walk, call a friend, journal, or sip water instead.
Track your progress. Seeing that streak grow is powerful. Miss a day? No big deal—just don’t miss two.
👣 Small steps repeated daily become a lifestyle. You don't need a new year, a Monday, or a perfect moment. You just need to start — today.
