Born in DFW, Umair was raised by entrepreneurial parents and grew up alongside his younger sister. Mark's School of Texas in Dallas, he graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts where he studied theater, and was grateful to serve as Student Body President. Umair went on to graduate Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in May 2019 where he studied Finance wi

th a concentration in Real Estate. After studying abroad in Prague, Czech Republic, Umair returned to Texas Tech with clarity and excitement about being involved with the Real Estate Organization, which he proudly represented as President during his senior year. Umair was able to secure first-ever corporate sponsorships, double the number of paid members, and plan two industry trips to Dallas and Houston for the members of REO. In April 2019, he was named Undergraduate Student of the Year by Alpha Sigma Gamma, the International Real Estate Honorary Society. He is maintaining his Texas real estate sales and property tax licenses. Currently based in the Dallas area, Umair is working with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate - supporting clients with apartment locating, buying, selling, and leasing commercial and residential properties in the DFW metroplex.
