A very special closing today.

I’ve had the honor of knowing this incredible family for most of my life, and helping them with many of their home transitions over the years. But this one holds a special place in my heart.

Today, we helped move their beloved Gammy out of her cherished ranch—where 30+ years of memories were made—and into her forever home. It’s a bittersweet goodbye to a place full of history, but also an exciting new chapter for more memories to come.

Ok this one deserves a story y’all. This right here is THE DREAM TEAM! My client and first time home buyer scored one of the best deals I’ve seen this year.
