JPI specializes in the development, construction, asset management, and comprehensive investment capital management. rrently active in California and Texas markets. Since 1989, JPI has acquired and developed over 379 projects consisting of just over 115,000 apartment homes located in more than 141 cities covering 27 states and Canada and valued at over $18 billion.
