It’s launch day! What an insane feeling! We have been grinding on this project for a year and it’s finally live!

In case you don’t know what I’m talking about here’s the tldr:
Pre workout hurts my stomach and ruins my day so I made my own better energy supplement.

Today is day one!!! There are 100 days left until the last day of 2024. Let’s finish it out strong with 100 days of consistency.

Daily Rules:
1. One 45 min workout
2. Read/listen 10 pages
3. Journal and/or meditate

1. The workout can be whatever you want it to be. Walks count. We advocate for walking, but if you’re able to do more, do it. Ensure you’re pushing yourself.

2. Read 10 pages. Bonus if it’s educational/non fiction or self help related, however the habit is what matters and fiction books are fine.

3. Journal/meditate. Same with the workout, do what you can, but continue to progress and push limits. If you mediate for 3 minutes in the beginning, work your way up over time throughout the challenge. Journal whatever you want to write about. Could be the progress through the challenge. Could be guided like The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday.
