I’ve been hearing this line more often recently and I wanted to share my thoughts.
YES- rates are higher!
NO- don’t freak out about it.
YES- it will potentially affect how much house you can purchase.
NO- do not let this stop you!

There are so many different loan options available and strategies to implement that can get you to tour goal. When there is a will……there is a way!

Guys, I realize that it’s not ideal but it beats the alternative which is renting, or living with your parents (I’m not going to mention names but you know who you are! Lol).

There is term going around the industry now that says “Marry the house, date the interest rate”. Well, what if I told you that you don’t have to marry either of them.

Y’all, big portion of my business and career comes from referrals. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share my posts/page or refer me to your friends and family that are interested in purchasing real estate. Thank you!!

At what point are you a coffee snob? Where is the line drawn? I was recently told I was a coffee snob and I’m still in denial. I am not crazy particular about the beans. I don’t obsess hunting the best coffee beans. I don’t geek out with the fancy expensive espresso machine.

I use a French press and I grind my coffee beans. I weigh the coffee and the water because I do like consistency!

What say you friends? have I crossed the imaginary line that separates regular coffee drinkers with coffee snobs? Let me know!!
