Stan is a native Texan, born in Pampa and raised in Canyon, just south of Amarillo. After graduating with a BBA in marketing from West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M) he moved to Denton, getting his MBA degree at University of North Texas, and has lived and worked in the Metroplex for more than 30 years, primarily in Dallas, Plano and Irving. Stan had a successful sales and marketing c

areer in the corporate arena, primarily in high-end information technology services and corporate tax/accounting, where he had a who's who of Fortune 500 and privately owned business clients, including Lockheed Martin, Colgate-Palmolive, Deere & Co., Newell Rubbermaid, LL Bean, Hallmark Cards, Cardinal Health, Quaker Foods/Gatorade, BF Goodrich, Bayer Corporation, Rheem, American Standard, W.W. Grainger, and US Steel, just to name a few. He also worked with high net worth families while working for a Christian nonprofit. Stan became a realtor to serve clients in DFW with focus on fiduciary responsibility: always working in the best interest of his clients, leveraging his technology, professional sales, marketing, negotiation, client service and events experience to enable clients to achieve their objectives, whether selling or buying. And importantly having some fun in the process! Stan has been happily married to Deanna for 26 years, and they have two sons in college. He has a passion for music and has been singing in the choir at Park Cities Presbyterian Church for 25 years, where he also served as the Choir President for two years, Worship Ministry Moderator for four years, and as a deacon.

Welcome to my new Facebook Business page! After a long career in corporate America, I decided during the Covid shutdown that the time is right to work for myself and the direct benefit of my clients without corporate bureaucracy. Licensed Real Estate Agents in Texas have fiduciary responsibility to our clients, which means ALWAYS working in the best interest of clients, even if it is not in our own best interest. I take this very seriously.

I love Dallas and its surrounding communities, having lived and worked in many of them.
