We did it! My clients found a new place to call home. I’m excited to see how they make it their own and even more excited that I’ll be one of the first invited guests to play golf! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I have the best clients! This sweet young family is no exception. So grateful they trusted me to navigate the sale of their home and purchasing their new one. Next up renovations and new baby!

Slightly delayed post but this beauty sold last month and went 20% over list price! We started talking well over a year ago about selling their house and I’m so grateful when the time came that they trusted me to handle the transaction for them. With this done they are ready to take their growing family and move on to their next chapter! Not only have we sold this one but we are PENDING on their new home up North! I absolutely love what I get to do everyday and even if you’re not ready to buy or sell today it’s never too early for us to talk!

The year 2021 came in like a wrecking ball. It was a year filled with more tears and heartbreak than I ever want to experience again but I know that things have to fall apart before they can come together. Life will test your commitment, your patience, your grit and most importantly your faith and I am much stronger for it. Going into 2022 I am so grateful for the valuable lessons 2021 taught me and the wonderful people I have in my life to love and support me. Time to crush it.
