I met this couple just 3 weeks ago: they happily found me reading online reviews and felt like they found someone that could assist with the extraordinary. Being fairly new to town, they were expecting an average suburban landing, but remained hopeful that I might direct them toward something with a little more flair, and 💥! Ask and you shall receive! We went to see one home they had an interest in, and while there, I pulled this one up for them to view. Could there be anything more spectacular than a Kessler Park treehouse? We ALL fell in love instantly, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Absolutely thrilled to have helped them land the dream, and to say that 1225 N Edgefield Ave is now SOLD!

What a beautiful day to move on down the road! This sweet couple had limited time before bébé hit the scene, so as soon as I got the go-ahead, the team and I descended on their absolutely adorable little home, and staged her up REAL NICE! We had just done a big shopping trip, so we got to throw lots of fun, new goodies at this one, and brightened her up like a shiny penny! After a perfect full price offer, and a perfect inspection, both buyers and sellers sailed on through happily to closing, and now off to the burbs and awaiting extended family my sellers go. 🏡

So happy for them and their next big adventure, and thrilled to say that 627 W 8th is now SOLD!

This little cutie has new owners, and boy was she worth the wait! My buyers were looking for just the right investment property - not an easy thing in a competitive market to make work - especially when you’re seeking that darling little Tudor that everyone wants to get their hands on! We moved SUPER quick, and closed lightning fast thanks to my boy at ! This was the 6th home I’ve helped buy or sell with this couple, whom I ADORE, and it’s always so much fun knowing they got exactly what they wanted.

Aww, I love a fairytale ending. After successfully selling their Stevens Park home, they were ready to move on to their new construction dream home in Veridian! They’re so excited to have all new everything (because is there anything better than being the first person to use your own bathtub?) I absolutely adore them both, and just so happy to have been a part of their journey.

Thrilled to say that 4805 Painted Rose, a home they built from start to finish, is now officially SOLD!
