Now that the playground equipment is installed, our remodel is complete. A big thank you to Park N Play for bringing the fun back to Park West Apartments in Independence. Now just waiting for warmer weather.

Hard to believe this was in September 2022. It was great working with I&E Construction, Inc. on the Hart Land Veterans Apartments which many vets are now calling home. This project has wrapped up and we will be sharing more soon. Be on the lookout for the completion video.

A beautiful day to pour foundations at our Hart land Apartments project! In partnership with Polk CDC we are constructing ten units of affordable housing within three building structures. There will be a mix of one-bedroom and three-bedroom units with full ground-floor accessibility. Constructed with top-grade energy efficiency abiding by Earth Advantage, Hart land will also have EV charging ready, and contain EnergyStar lighting fixtures and appliances. These future homes are wood framed and built on concrete foundations, with cement fiber siding and architectural composite roofing.
