I am amazed that there are so many vets out there renting! With VA loans, no down payment is required. Both buyers, I worked with Chase & another vet simultaneously. In both cases, they were able to buy cheaper than renting. This home was purchased through Open Door and it was a great experience. We were able to negotiate a good price and get a sizable concession as well. Chase literally paid nothing at the closing table to walk into this home. We also got him a new ROOF!!!
