North/East Texas and surrounding areas continue to attract individuals, families and businesses from all over the country, which was confirmed when national sources ranked D-FW as the No. 2 housing market in the country. Local agents are reporting cautious optimism because of incentives offered by lender partners. All in all, it’s still a good time to buy and sell here.
