Some closings mean a little more than others.
This was my third transaction with these clients, and I don’t take that kind of trust lightly. When someone chooses you again and again to help with some of the biggest decisions in their life, you want to make sure you see it all the way through.
And this one definitely made us work for it.
Selling a home in a rural area comes with its own set of challenges. We navigated the ups and downs, worked through obstacles, and even made it all the way to closing once—only to have the buyer not show up.
That could have been the ending.
But it wasn’t.
My clients trusted me to keep going, so that’s exactly what we did. We regrouped. We kept pushing. We stayed patient when patience was hard. And when another obstacle showed up, we found a way forward.
And finally...
WE CLOSED. 🎉
This one feels like a win—not simply because a property sold, but because I got to help my clients finally close this chapter of their lives and move forward into the next one.
That is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Real estate isn't always a straight line from listed to sold. Sometimes my job is to keep fighting for the finish line when the road gets complicated.
