Hello Friends, Family & Clients,
Facebook has asked me to share my story with you, so here it is. My name is Sharona Rosen Saul. I was born on October 9, 1991 and I live in Calabasas, California with my amazing husband, Nedim, and our puppy, Romeo. Before I became a realtor, I worked as a professional mediator/arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, as well as a private conflict re
solution firm in Downtown, Los Angeles. I loved my career, but I found that I wasn't able to use my creative side as often as I hoped, and therefore, chose to make the career change. Never the less, having had a previous career as a mediator/arbitrator, means I am well trained to negotiate each and every deal with skill and sophistication. My first couple years as a realtor have been a thrilling and invigorating journey. In my first year in the business, I was named my companies' "Rookie of the Year"; which I am personally very proud of, as this means that my performance surpassed that of hundreds, if not thousands, of agents who joined Coldwell Banker in 2015. As you may or may not know, when I started my real estate career, I was quickly swept into a partnership, which sadly did not survive; hence, I am here to re-brand myself as YOUR realtor, with my new company:
"Sharona - Fall in Love With Home". In my business, I understand that a home is more than a property: it's family, it's memories, it's comfort. A home is where memories are made and comfort is attained. A home, is where the heart is. "Fall in love with home", goes beyond the property, and describes the city, the community and the atmosphere. My goal is to help clients imagine themselves living in their dream home, and converting that imagination into reality. For this reason, when working with buyers, I aim to find them a home that they LOVE, and will not try to sell anything that my client does not absolutely "fall in love" with. When selling a home, I do it with LOVE, because anything done without love is not done right. For me, "home" is in Calabasas. It is where I grew up, where my husband and I purchased our first home, and where I hope to raise my kids in the future. I would love to learn where "home" is for you. Please share your story with me at [email protected]. I look forward to sharing my new journey with you. Thank you for your continued love and support. Love Always,
Sharona
