Palladium Carver Living in Mesquite welcomed Dallas County Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel and her team for a community tour today.

During the visit, our guests learned more about the community's 288 affordable apartment homes, featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans designed to provide quality housing opportunities in the area.

Partnerships with local leaders play an important role in expanding access to quality, affordable housing.

We appreciate Commissioner Daniel taking the time to visit and her continued commitment to the residents of Dallas County District 1.

Palladium USA was proud to take part in National Night Out across several of our communities last night.

In East Fort Worth, our team joined neighbors, local organizations, first responders, and local leaders at Reby Cary Park for an evening focused on public safety and connection. We appreciate the West Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association, Central Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association, and Greater Meadowbrook Alliance for helping bring the event together.

Events like this are a great reminder of the value of showing up, building relationships, and supporting the places our residents call home.
