Good news from the housing market!
Mortgage applications and refinance demand are on the rise since interest rates dropped below the 6% range last week, however still lower than this time last year.

✅ Refinance demand surged 18% week to week but was still 75% lower than the same week one year ago.
✅ Mortgage applications rose 3% for the week and were 37% lower than the same week one year ago.

Mortgage rates have dropped to the 5% range for the first time since September.
