Now Hiring: Interior Designer & Procurement Specialist

Santa Barbara Homes develops luxury spec homes in Dallas ($3.5M–$6.5M). We’re looking for someone who excels at making complex ideas executable.

The role: Execute interior design across multiple new construction projects while researching and sourcing solutions that bring our concepts to life. Work within a clear design framework. Own outcomes, not just tasks.

You should be:
* Fluent in construction drawings and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
* Detail-oriented with strong research skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing quality
* Someone who finds satisfaction in ex*****on completeness

5+ years experience | Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred
Full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX.
