While we work with many institutions and high end investors, we also enjoy

an extensive network of accredited investors, financial advisors, registered investment advisors and family offices. Our investor base stretches across the country but we are focused on commercial real estate in Texas and surrounding markets and offer investments in single property assets as well as diversified portfolios, DSTs and funds. BV Capital is focused on providing smart capital to seasoned development partners and sponsors across the major commercial real estate asset types. Underwriting and oversight are done in partnership with our affiliate Bridgeview Real Estate, itself a seasoned real estate development company. This provides additional value in consulting and potential partnership as needed.

The BV Capital team had an amazing time hosting our annual DFW Investor Event. Pictured alongside the BV Capital team are Bridgeview’s Founder, Steve May, and Bridgeview Construction’s VP, Blake Pearce, who shared their expertise and project updates with the group. After the presentation, employees and investors were invited to hit the tennis courts for round-robin matches or relax in the shade at the court-side restaurant. BV is excited to partner with Fraser Capital in our latest offering, BV Fraser Caddo, for the acquisition of 468 acres of land in Caddo Mills, TX. Fraser Capital is a leading Texas land development firm with plans to develop the land into a master planned community, "Stroope Ranch", that will consist of approximately 1,435 single-family lots accompanied by community amenities.
