Crested Butte is stunning. It might be my favorite area of CO yet! The town is charming, the hikes in July have gorgeous wild flowers, and there are so many hikes to choose from. This was my first solo trip since being in CO. Life has been kicking my butt lately but every time I go for a trip (usually only a few hr drive, which for me is a win) I realize I'm living a goal I once had of living in CO near endless opportunities to be in some serious beauty.

What. A. Trip. 😍

Drove a few hours to do two Via Ferradas in Telluride and in Ouray! The downstream 'hard' route was a challenge and is the best option if you're a climber and not afraid of heights! They are protected climbing routes with permanently fixed safety wire as a means of crossing otherwise tricky and steep rocky terrain. Beautiful waterfall and rainbow to start! 🌈

I also hiked 2500 ft of elevation to lower, middle, and upper blue lake. Ive never seen such blue water and it was as beautiful as I had hoped with the wild flowers! 🌊 🌸

I finished the trip with a 14er with 4 more friends and did it in my new Crocs to see how they would hold up 😁 they did the job but the way down was slow moving, of course! ⛰️

Monthly camping trip with ! This time to Buena Vista, CO! Did a few hikes, including a 14er, and then I rented a mountain bike again! Legs are officially jello. 🤙

My newest listing is in the DISNEY STREETS of Midway Hills. This california contemporary home has all new plumbing and electrical- beautifully and meticulously redone!

Fun fact: Developers Gump and Gaynier platted Midway Hills in the mid 1950s, and named the streets in this particular area after Walt Disney characters and places, such as Pinocchio Drive, Cinderella Lane, Princess Lane, and many more. Check out the listing!
