I love looking at homes on MLS then previewing homes in person and learning the current trends in housing market which is always changing. I love meeting potential buyers and sellers and finding out what is their dream home. It may take showing clients 10 or 15 homes before we find the right home for them. I want to use the numerous years of buying experience in my personal life in which I live to

day in my 19th home, I also had 2 different rental properties in the past. I previously worked as a defense auditor and then supervisory auditor in 3 different states covering 30+ years. My duty stations started with Stanford University plus other universities and then contractor locations such as Lockheed Martin in San Jose, CA & Fort Worth, TX, Boeing in St. I decided to retire and wanted to do something I really enjoyed and decided on real estate. I always been very analytical and decisive. I have had the ability to make decisions quickly but usually being correct. In addition to accounting degree, I have a CPA license in Texas which is still in force today. Before that, I obtained an engineering degree due to a deep recession prevented me from obtaining a position in engineering. I ended up working for a brewery in St. Louis for 17 years before I returned to college and obtained the accounting degree in San Diego. In today’s market we need to be flexible and ready to write a contract on a new home when you find that “right home”. As your agent, I have the ability on how to analyze the current homes whether new or resale and be ready to write the contract but more so write that contract that wins for my clients. Today, I’m with Century 21 - Judge Fite - Fine Homes, in their Frisco office which is rated the best place to work in DFW. I love their technology which is the best especially the new programs which include the best programs for creating the best comparative analysis program. In addition to real estate, I love listening to various types of music especially country music such as Taylor Swift and Daughty and rock music from the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s. I still have my old records which have become popular today. I also love walking whether its outside or on my trendmill. Finally, I love watching the stock market in which I do my own research and use Investors Business Daily and other sources for advice.
