Recently, General Manager Marquinn Davis demonstrated exactly what our people-first approach looks like in action while supporting one of our RR Living communities, Lynx Gate City.
After an evening tour, a prospective resident's 4-year-old son, who is on the spectrum and non-verbal, became captivated by the community and especially interested in seeing the pool. Without being asked, Marquinn offered to spend time with him so his mother could comfortably discuss the details of the apartment. He sat poolside with the young boy, helped him experience the water up close, and created a moment of connection that clearly meant the world to both mother and son.
It was a simple act, but one that reflects something much bigger.
