Banta Abstract is a new title and settlement company serving clients throughout the Back Mountain and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Their services include title insurance, settlement services, deed preparation, and title research for residential, commercial, and investment real estate transactions.

Founded by Attorney Lynn Banta, Banta Abstract was created to provide a dedicated title and settlement resource operating alongside The Banta Law Group. Their focus is on thorough title work, clear communication, and identifying issues early so real estate closings can move forward efficiently and accurately.
