We are proud to announce the addition of four new tenants at Bogart. Please join us in welcoming Wesley, Champion Management, Impact Ventures and Hart Commercial to our adaptive reuse 50,000 SF project in East Dallas.

Bogart was designed to inspire imagination, soothe the mind, and foster creativity and collaboration for its tenants. Our new tenants represent these ideals. Champion is a creative agency specializing in public relations and digital media. Wesley is a women’s wellness center offering fitness classes, spa services, grab-and-go food, and post-workout happy hours. Impact Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on creating generational and community wealth as well as inclusive entrepreneurship and integrated capital to BIPOC communities. There's no shortage of exciting happenings taking place at Bogart this month! Last week, we celebrated Hart Commercial's grand opening at Bogart. Hart Commercial has championed the leasing efforts here at Bogart, bringing Wesley, Impact Ventures, and Endeavors From Help Means Hope to the building, with additional exciting tenants to be announced in the coming weeks. It's an honor to have Hart call Bogart home! Congratulations, Hart!

Endeavors is officially calling Bogart home!

Endeavors is a nonprofit service organization founded on the belief that by helping others, you can provide them with hope. They work with individuals and families impacted by poverty, unemployment, or neglect by helping them restore dignity and improving their quality of life.

When searching for a Dallas office, location was everything for Endeavors to ensure they were close to their community partners, and Bogart checked all the boxes. We caught up with the Endeavors team to understand more about their work, watch a success story and learn how to get involved.
