This is an interesting property. They built this huge home with a breeze way separating sections of the home. It has two kitchens. One in each end of the home. The master bedroom is off the garage, as if they wanted it far away from the family.

Property Tour Journey 🏠🕵🏾‍♀️🚪👀: This property was part of another investor's portfolio. They got in over their head and all of their properties were foreclosed on. Most of them are now REOs.

The crazy thing is that this bank will not budge on their asking price on any of the properties or land. I've been working on them, off and on, for a while. Going to get them to cooperate eventually!🔥
