Having come from large real estate firms, we set up shop to accomplish something fairly simple; create a culture of selected peers, who are among the best within their discipline, and who share a passion for the retail real estate business. As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of our SHOP team continues to build together. 2025 was a year shaped by new relationships, meaningful collaborations, and continued growth. All made possible by the clients and partners who trusted us along the way. We also suffered a loss that jarred us yet brought us closer together. Pete Podesta will always be part of who we are.

With gratitude and momentum, we are excited for 2026.

is officially open at , introducing an immersive, ever-changing entertainment concept designed so fans can connect with the shows and movies they love beyond the screen. This permanent venue brings together interactive experiences, themed worlds, games, dining, and retail in one destination.

Visitors can explore worlds inspired by Stranger Things, Squid Game, Bridgerton, Wednesday, WWE Raw, Floor is Lava, ONE PIECE, Army of the Dead, and more, along with an arcade, food and bar concept, and a dedicated merchandise shop.

This marks just the second Netflix House location to open nationwide, with additional locations planned across the country. Congratulations to Katie Rambie for her work supporting this exciting addition to Galleria Dallas.
