Oh. Em. Gee.
I entered a contest just to enter, not thinking in a million years, anything of it, and I was wrong!
I just won THE Golden Ticket to BAM Mania! Only the biggest social media event for real estate ever (IMO). Some of the biggest names in social media from around the U.S. and Canada will be there teaching us all of their magic!
I've been a huge fan of The Broke Agent for so long, following them, taking notes, doing the things and having fun at the same time and I get to meet them one on one!

Thank you so much to BAM, I'm forever grateful and can not wait!

Just received my certificate!
So excited for this new chapter that has already opened so many doors.

I’m going on eight years in real estate and I felt like there was something missing, the educational piece for our clients has a huge gap in it.

With this KW Real Eatate Planner certification (which is a tough certification to get by the way), it’s more than just bought or sold.

We serve families at a high-level, think like a consultant, act like a Shepard and focus all of our activities on the needs of the family. 
As a certified real estate planner, I hope seniors and divorces and their families build, protect and transfer generational wealth. I specialize in offering options and solutions for when they are downsizing, relocating or transitioning into assisted living. I educate families on 1031 exchanges, DST’s, probate, trust, senior citizen, location, and divorce.

Can you believe we're entering the final quarter of 2024!? I was reflecting on my history as a Realtor and all of the families that have given me the opportunity to be a part of their lives. This map reflects the sales that all of you can see publicly, but it doesn't show the off market sales. Off market can sound different for alot of folks. For some it involves an estate sale, others, a divorce they don't want to make public, others, just a busy stressed out family that can not handle the pressure of having their lives interrupted even more.

I've had alot of designations and certifications over the years, however, this year, I focused on 2 specifically. RCS-D, Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce (don't worry, I have my mother's blessing, lol) and Certified Real Estate Planner.

With RCS-D, I can help families going through this difficult time and help them be not only the voice of reason but intervene during or before mediation and have their best interest at hand. It's not only helping them sell but knowing the risks of keeping the house.

I serve families at a high level, think like a consultant, act like a shepherd and focus all of my activities on the needs of the family.
As a Certified Real Estate Planner, I help Seniors and Divorcees and their families build, protect and transfer generational wealth, and specialize in offering options and solutions for when they are downsizing, relocating or transitioning into assisted living. I'm grateful to have met the KW Real Estate Planner Community who has already taught me so much more than I thought I knew.

I've been waiting for the perfect post, perfect video, perfect presentation but realized there is just no time like the present.

So this happened….😳 A casual ‘I’m thinking of selling my house conversation’ with an old friend. You never know who can relate to you on a personal level and who YOU think the world of, yet they do the same.
Neera said ‘Let’s get a picture of those shoes!’ But she only thought I wore sparkly heels to my closings for fun, yet the meaning behind it is SO much more.

I couldn’t afford heels once upon a time, so I had to borrow some for my first closing. And following that family’s journey made me want to celebrate EVERY closing. Because every closing has its story, its ups and downs, its end, yet beginning.
Neera Bhatti Azariah, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your journey, you truly have no idea how much your kind words were needed when you didn’t even realize it. Thank you for being so kind and having just a beautiful soul.
