HALL Group has acquired 2525 McKinnon Street, a 112,000-square-foot boutique office building at the convergence of McKinnon Street, Olive Street, and Cedar Springs Road. Built in 2003, the eight-story property will be renamed HALL Uptown as part of a planned series of upgrades, including a refreshed lobby and common areas, new spec suites, and modernized building systems. The building sits steps from The Crescent, the Ritz-Carlton, and Hotel Swexan, and within a mile of the future permanent headquarters of the Texas Stock Exchange.

The acquisition builds on HALL Group's decades-long track record in North Texas office real estate, including HALL Park in Frisco and KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts in downtown Dallas.

This year, we're pleased to have Dylan Prescott, Aynalie Charron, Marko Velazquez, and Jae Young Lee on the team. Dylan returns for a second summer, supporting our Underwriting team, and Aynalie joins us for her first summer, working with our Capital Markets team. Marko and Jae join us through Harvard University's Master's in Real Estate Practicum, as part of the MRE program.

HALL Structured Finance has announced the promotion of Brad Ferguson to Senior Vice President of Originations and the hiring of Josh Clary as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer.

A ten-year veteran of the firm, Ferguson will continue to lead origination efforts across our core sectors, further expanding relationships with sponsors and intermediaries nationwide. Clary will oversee our lending platform from underwriting through closing, enhancing ex*****on and advancing new loan opportunities across our national platform.
