This National Boss’s Day, we’re recognizing the person whose vision started Longhorn Investments in 2008.

What began when CEO Michael Hoffman helped finance a client’s fix & flip quickly grew into something much bigger. That first deal opened the door to a new opportunity, and Michael set out to build a lending company focused specifically on real estate investors.

18 years later, Longhorn has grown from its Dallas roots to lending across 11 states and 29 major markets. Through that growth, one thing has remained consistent: the leadership and ownership behind Longhorn.

Markets change. The lending industry changes. Longhorn continues to build on the same vision that started it all in 2008.
