My First-Time buyers really 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 their budget-but were able to secure their '𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚'....this Colleyville home is in a neighborhood surrounded by Million dollar properties, and we were able to negotiate a fantastic price-actually one of the best in the area currently.
Perched high atop a hill and with a soaring roof-this home will be a great first start to-the Engineer/Financial Investor couple. The listing agent has been a very collaborative partner and we look forward to an Early September closing.

➡️A few days ago I got a text message from someone I literally crossed paths with 2 yrs ago. We were both newly licensed TX realtors and checking out different brokerages. After an office meeting we exchanged numbers and stayed in touch-I tried to get her to come to Ebby but she ended up somewhere else (she had a family member who co-owned another brokerage)

A few nites ago I get a text mssg asking if I could call her. She told me her son & his fiancé were looking to buy their first home-and she felt I would be a perfect match for them. (I also found out real estate wasn’t her passion-sometimes this happens)

Sunday-I met her son & his fiancé and we hit it off quite well. Over the course of the day I mentioned I had clients the prior weekend who had similar housing goals. I mentioned one of that couples name (not a common first name) and they said OH MY GOD-we are friends, went to college together, and the girls had been roommates. We snapped this selfie to send to them. 💁🏽‍♂️

* I decided to obscure the identities of my new clients as they don’t want their agent/broker family member to find out they’re working with someone else. 😍

I was recently referred to an awesome young couple—he’s an engineer at Texas Instruments, and she’s a PR exec working remotely—who were looking to rent in the same area they plan to eventually buy in. After meeting last Saturday and regrouping on Sunday, we locked in a great home that checks all their boxes. 🏡✅

I was able to negotiate $1,200 off their annual lease and got the washer, dryer, and fridge thrown in—always love snagging a win like that! The home is in a Wylie neighborhood with parks and a scenic walking trail just around the corner. Perfect setup for their next chapter! 🌟

A few days ago, and ahead of schedule this home closed. Never saw the MLS as while we were preparing it to go to market-an agent in my office had perfect buyers and we put the deal together. A few bumps along the way-but we powered thru.

When I chose to relocate to Dallas I wanted to work for a brokerage that was aligned with my standards & goals. I sat thru a few interviews not satisfied- but as soon as I was introduced to this company I knew I found my true home.

Thanks to everyone up & down the chain of command who helped me usher this to CLOSED.
