McKinney’s on a roll this year — officially ranked the No. 1 housing market in America for 2025. And honestly, it’s easy to see why. The growth, the new construction, the affordability piece… buyers are paying attention, and so is the rest of the country.

DFW had some big wins across the board too, with Richardson, Frisco, Denton, and Allen all landing in the top 10. The market’s still moving, just in a different rhythm than last year, and people are adjusting their plans around it.
