These ferns came with our house when we moved in 21 years ago.
I’ve moved them around the yard several times, but they seem happiest right here. Every year they come back bigger and more beautiful than the year before. 🌿
It’s amazing how something so simple can hold so many memories.❤️

Some homes just feel meant to be.

This beautiful home recently welcomed a growing family back to Texas, and I couldn’t be happier for them. One of the things that made it especially memorable was the pair of magnificent magnolia trees standing proudly at the front of the home. (My client loves Magnolia trees!)

Not long after moving in, I received a photo of their little girl admiring a magnolia bloom beneath one of those trees. It was such a sweet picture and that’s one of the things what makes a house feel like home.

I’m so excited for this wonderful family and all of the memories they’ll make here in the years ahead. Wishing them many blessings as they begin this new chapter together.
