Our landscaper Craig made an attempt this morning to apply a 2nd application of salt on the entry walkways but as you can see it’s too difficult to travel right now with the iced roads. Please avoid the sidewalks and walk on grass if you need to walk a pet.

A friendly reminder to winterize your home before the winter storm arrives tonight which is forecasted to start snowing at 11pm. The board has approved the salt application for the home and community walkways which the landscaper will be applying in the morning. Here’s a winter checklist and winterization tips:

We need another officer for the board to serve the remainder of my 1 year term. I have sold my unit and will be departing the area. Please keep in mind that terms are two years and all remaining board members are up for re-election this year. If you want to impart change, or want to ensure the property stays in good condition then you should consider joining the board. You must be a current owner in good standing.
