This cannot be more true. Although interest rates are higher than two years ago, people still need a place to call home. Prices on homes continue to rise, but at a more moderate rate. Real estate is still a great investment. Don't hesitate to reach out if I can help.

COLD DAYS AHEAD
With the temperature taking a drastic drop, here are some tips from our professional plumbers to help keep pipes from freezing.
Don't forget the following tips to help make sure you are prepared:
1. Drip a COLD and HOT faucet in a bath and/or kitchen located against an exterior wall.
2. Open cabinet doors where plumbing is located against an exterior wall to allow heat in.
3. Disconnect your water hoses and cover them with a hose bib protector.
4. Turn off the sprinklers.
5. Know where the water shut off is to your home before there is a need to use it.
Stay warm and hope there aren't frozen pipes.
