It was really something what this winter storm brought to us! It wasn't the freeze we were worried about. It was the thaw!
Now that we have fixed all the pipes that were burst, it is on to patching holes in the sheetrock and tape, bedding and texturing and then painting to make it all like new again.
Stressful time for all property managers! Thanks to all of our tenants who showed patience and understanding during this unprecedented storm! No power to our office for 3 1/2 days! Busted pipes there too! But we are almost back to normal.
