🍷✨ What a great evening at our Wine Down Wednesday resident event last week! Thank you to everyone who came out to unwind, connect with neighbors, and enjoy a little midweek relaxation with us. It was so nice seeing familiar faces and meeting a few of our new residents!

From great conversations to good wine and even better company, the night was a success because of all of you. We love creating opportunities for our community to come together and can’t wait for the next resident event! 🏡❤️

As temperatures rise, here are a few quick tips to help your apartment stay cool and your AC running efficiently:

✅ Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day
✅ Set your thermostat to a consistent temperature to avoid overworking your AC
✅ Make sure vents are clear of furniture or décor for proper airflow
✅ Replace air filters regularly for better air quality and efficiency
✅ Keep balcony and patio doors closed while the AC is running
✅ Use ceiling fans to help circulate cool air throughout your home
