It's toward the end of November and we are dreaming of our summer plants and gardens.

Two of our communities are taking the helm and elevating the customer experience for their residents. The Lorient Apartments made space for a plant library allowing both residents and members of the community to share plant clippings with their neighbors allowing both parties the ability to grow new plants in their home.

The Fitzroy Grove created a community garden for residents to grow vegetables and herbs. We appreciate our teams taking the time to create something that not only brings our residents joy but also comes with a sustainability aspect!

At S+H, we strive to provide our residents with more than just a home and top tier experiences. Check out this review left by a resident living at Elements on Third Apartments located in St. Petersburg, Florida!

โ€œNew Director is taking care of this property pretty well, which is great in terms of addressing a lot of change that needed to happen. Everything is new and in a great location. Quite for the most part unlike deep Downtown but still downtown. Good things are happening with events, weekly! We get catered events & food trucks regularly that visit the property. Glad that community feedback is a thing here goes up to corporate and things get set in stone! The assistant director is also easy to work with and reliable for anything that has to be addressed. Great landscaping, very dog friendly. Lots of good neighbor networking as well. I refer my friends here. Come call this home!โ€
