After having our closing pushed back **two weeks due to unforeseen circumstances**, we finally got the GREEN LIGHT—and we CLOSED & FUNDED! 🙌🏽

This beautiful home represents so much more than a transaction. My amazing buyers relocated their family all the way from **Seattle, Washington, to North Texas**, navigating a long and stressful journey to coordinate their move, relocation, and new chapter—ALL while expecting a new baby! 👶🏽❤️
