The operator of the Texas electric grid issued an appeal for energy conservation on Monday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

All of our leasing offices are closed to walk-in visitors for the foreseeable future in compliance with CDC recommendations for social distancing and in the abundance of caution for our employees, residents and guests. If you have a need to visit in person with a staff member, simply call the leasing office to coordinate that appointment. We are limited guests to one at a time, to allow the staff to disinfect high-touch areas between visitors. Please know that customer service remains our goal and we are doing everything possible to continue to provide the service you are accustomed to. if any staff member feels ill, they are advised to not come to work. Maintenance staff members and contractors who work inside of residents apartment homes, are limited to emergency only service at this time and are required to wear personal protective equipment. Together, we will get through this!
