Texas Stock Exchange signs lease at high-profile Uptown tower

The Texas Stock Exchange has signed a lease at Bank of America Tower at Parkside, the company told The Dallas Morning News.

The deal includes several provisions that would allow TXSE to get out of the lease without penalty if certain conditions aren’t met. One key point is that city officials approve an electronic ticker on the high-rise.

Sundance Square taps new firm for retail leasing after wave of tenant departures!

The firm that manages the prominent commercial district in the downtown Fort Worth area known as Sundance Square has brought in a real estate giant to help with a portion of retail leasing.

Sundance Square Management LLC tapped JLL to lease more than 105,000 square feet of retail space. Sundance Square consists of 37 contiguous blocks of downtown and spans millions of square feet of commercial space. It's anchored by a two-acre plaza and owned by influential billionaire couple Ed and Sasha Bass.
