On Saturday evening, the Dallas Builders Association hosted the McSAM Awards to recognize excellence in residential real estate sales, marketing, design, and remodeling. We are honored to have received 8 awards across 13 categories, a testament to our team’s dedication to intentional planning and community development.

Our marketing efforts for Treeline were recognized for both Best Brochure for a Community and Best Digital Marketing Campaign, while Landmark received the award for Best Special Event. In the People and Lifestyle categories, Henry Smith was named Rising Star of the Year, and Pecan Square earned honors for both Lifestyle Program of the Year and Lifestyle Director of the Year, awarded to Razeena Sanchez with FirstService Residential.

Additionally, Ramble was named the Best on Boards Community, marking the third consecutive year we have won this award for a project in design or under construction. We also received the Hearts and Hammers award which recognized our ongoing charitable efforts through our "Nourishing Communities" initiative that activates our community lifestyle programs to support local food banks and raise the next generation of philanthropists.

Last night we celebrated wonderful achievements at the 2026 Marketing & Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin!

We are very proud of our Austin team for securing 9 awards for our Wolf Ranch community: Developer of the Year, Best Lifestyle Program for a Community, Best Community Amenity for River Camp, Best Marketing Campaign, Best Website, Advertisement of the Year, Best Internet Marketing Campaign, Best Audio/Radio Ad and Best Community Signage.

In addition to these wins, we are honored to have been named finalists for Community of the Year and Best Lifestyle Director.
