We had a wonderful time hosting our 2025 DFW Realtor Rewards Grand Prize Trip at the Ritz-Carlton in Lake Tahoe, CA! This trip was our way of celebrating the incredible Realtors who helped so many families find a place to call home throughout 2025. From private boat excursions and relaxing spa packages to fishing, pool time, and even an aerial adventure, it was a memorable few days filled with great conversations, beautiful scenery, and well-deserved celebration. We're so grateful for this amazing group!

On Saturday evening, the Dallas Builders Association hosted the McSAM Awards to recognize excellence in residential real estate sales, marketing, design, and remodeling. We are honored to have received 8 awards across 13 categories, a testament to our team’s dedication to intentional planning and community development.

Our marketing efforts for Treeline were recognized for both Best Brochure for a Community and Best Digital Marketing Campaign, while Landmark received the award for Best Special Event. In the People and Lifestyle categories, Henry Smith was named Rising Star of the Year, and Pecan Square earned honors for both Lifestyle Program of the Year and Lifestyle Director of the Year, awarded to Razeena Sanchez with FirstService Residential.

Additionally, Ramble was named the Best on Boards Community, marking the third consecutive year we have won this award for a project in design or under construction. We also received the Hearts and Hammers award which recognized our ongoing charitable efforts through our "Nourishing Communities" initiative that activates our community lifestyle programs to support local food banks and raise the next generation of philanthropists.
