Metric Monday | Dallas County

Dallas County saw a little more momentum last week, with pending sales and closings both moving up.

New listings held steady at 602, while pending sales increased to 386 and closed sales jumped from 369 to 432. Price reductions remain common at 804, showing that sellers are still adjusting to meet today’s market.

Homes averaged 44 days on market, and sellers received 98.42% of list price—both improvements from the previous week.

The takeaway? Buyers are making moves, but pricing continues to play a major role in getting homes sold.
