"Cece embraced a vision for the 21st century company," as founding partner and chief executive officer of a prominent real estate company. "She understands that customers want more service, and she has worked tirelessly to put the systems in place for our agents to exceed these expectations." A graduate of the University of Texas, Cece entered the real estate profession in 1977. After working as a
salesperson for 13 years with one of the largest real estate firms in the country, she joined the leadership team as an office manager. During her tenure, she also gained valuable experience in the relocation industry as a property account executive. "I have worked with Virginia Cook and Sheila Rice for more than 24 years," says Cece of the founding partners of Virginia Cook, Realtors, "and bring the best of these two leaders and their philosophy for approaching every activity from the customer's viewpoint with me to Plano." With this philosophy as her guiding light, Cece's goals as manager include:
•Maintain an environment where outstanding agents always put customers first
•Maintain systems that ensure excellent service and outstanding results
•Maintain a one-stop office with everything in place to facilitate successful transactions including a Granite Mortgage office and loan officer
•Maintain a strong presence in the community through service and support to area organizations and charities
"Community service is fundamental to our vision," Cece explains. "That's why each of our offices has been specially designed to include a community room where our agents and our customers can hold meetings for their non-profit groups. An active member of both the Greater Dallas and Collin County Associations of Realtors, Cece is a graduate of the prestigious Leadership GDAR program. She has also served on the GDAR's Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for eight years and recently became a member of CCAR's Professional Standards and Ethics Committee. The mother of two daughters, Ms. Case has volunteered her personal time at school, church and The Family Place.
