I walked into this Farmers Branch listing and started mentally moving my furniture in before I even finished the tour. (An occupational hazard at this point.)

My favorite part is the scenic deck in the backyard. Whoever buys this one is getting serene mornings with a peaceful view.

Dallas is one of the most underrated places to live in all of Texas, and I will die on that hill.

The Trinity Trails in Dallas on a Saturday morning, a Friday night concert at the AAC just because, and food that has absolutely no business being this good…and that’s just the beginning.

I’ve been selling real estate here long enough to know that the people who find Dallas don’t leave. And the ones who are still on the fence usually just haven’t spent enough time here yet.

I used to think my job was proving how much I knew. Comps, interest rates, market trends, I’d rattle all of it off like that was the thing that would convince someone to trust me.

Turns out nobody actually falls in love with stats. What gets people moving is picturing themselves somewhere different, closer to family, more peace, a life that finally makes sense outside of whatever the numbers say it should look like.

So these days I care a lot less about sounding smart and a lot more about showing you what’s actually possible for your life. If that’s the kind of conversation you’re looking for, that’s exactly what I’m here for.
