I’m excited to share that I’ve recently made a change in my real estate journey and joined a new brokerage.

After eight wonderful years with Ebby Halliday Realtors, I’m incredibly grateful for the training, mentorship, and experience I gained along the way. The foundation I built there gave me the confidence to take the next step in my career and continue growing my business with greater independence.

After a lot of thoughtful consideration, I decided to join Real Broker, a company that aligns well with my vision for where my business is headed and how I want to continue serving my clients and community.

We’re starting to see early signs of a market shift, and it’s worth paying attention.

When interest rates move down, even slightly, buyer demand tends to increase quickly. We saw this recently when rates dipped, and many buyers who had been waiting stepped back into the market. In those moments, competition rises, homes sell faster, and prices often follow.

For buyers:

Right now, there’s still relatively less competition. That gives buyers more flexibility, stronger negotiating power, and the ability to keep important protections in place. Historically, buying before demand surges has allowed buyers to secure better terms and avoid bidding-war conditions.

For sellers:

Listing early in a shifting market can be a strategic advantage. As demand increases and inventory remains limited, homes that are already on the market are often the first to benefit from increased activity and stronger pricing.

The big picture:
